The Jet Express dock is located directly downtown Put-in-Bay. There is no need to hassle with a taxi or shuttle service to get downtown, just hop off the boat and you are there! Easy!

The Jet Express docks at the Casino Marina Dock Dock, right in the heart of Kelleys Island!
Where do I park when I arrive at the Jet Express dock in Port Clinton?
The Jet Express provides safe & secure parking directly across the street from our dock. Parking is $15 per day. The maximum is $45 for longer term stays. The parking lot accepts cash or credit cards. We also offer a long-term parking option for $10 located just down the street. Follow signs directing you towards our long-term parking lot. The long-term lot is cash only and does not give change or take credit cards. Payment is taken before entering lot. Our parking lot address is 49 Jackson St. Port Clinton, OH 43452.
How fast does the Jet Express travel?
The Jet Express vessels can travel at speeds up to 40 mph. We are the fastest way to Lake Erie Shores & Islands!
What do I do with my luggage when I arrive at the Jet Express terminal?
You may put it on the luggage cart upon your arrival that is provided for free and retrieve your belongings once you arrive at the Put-in-Bay dock. One of our friendly dockhands will be waiting for you to provide assistance with your luggage when you arrive in Port Clinton. You are also welcome to carry on the luggage yourself.
What happens if I miss the boat or decide to stay overnight? Do I have to buy a new ticket?
No. You can exchange your ticket at the ticket window for the next available boat time if there are seats available.
What can I bring onto the boat?
Coolers, food and beverages are permitted on the boat; however, consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 15 or more. Please visit our groups page or call our administrative office at 800-245-1538 ext. 236 for more information or to book a trip.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes, gift certificates are available by coming into our Port Clinton office or by calling 800-245-1538. Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Gift Certificates can also be purchased online.
Is there an ATM onsite?
There is an ATM in the Island Port at our Jet Express Port Clinton Dock.
Are taxis available at the dock?
Yes, taxis are usually waiting for passengers at both the Port Clinton and Put-in-Bay docks. If you need additional assistance, please ask one of our friendly crew members.
Can I take my bike on the Jet Express?
Yes, you can take your bike on the Jet Express for a nominal fee.
Can pets ride on the Jet Express?
Yes, the Jet Express is pet-friendly. Pets ride free as long they are in a cage or on a leash.
Are there restrooms available?
There are restrooms at the Port Clinton and Sandusky docks. Restrooms are also available on all of our boats.
Is the Jet Express handicap accessible?
Yes, the Jet Express is completely handicap accessible. Please let us know if any special assistance is needed when planning your trip.
How long is the boat ride from Port Clinton to Put-in-Bay? Sandusky?
The trip on the Jet Express takes approximately 25 minutes from Port Clinton to downtown Put-In-Bay and 45 minutes from downtown Sandusky. We drop you off in the heart of all the action!
Can I rent a golf cart or bike once I get to Put-in-Bay or Kelleys Island?
Golf cart & bike rentals are available at our dock and at other nearby locations on both of the islands.
